The project is an e-commerce site that allows user to mix ingredients and “blind buy” the result. The process will take user through steps

  • Select application

  • Select ingredients

  • Select gender

  • Personalize label with name

The Challenges:

The most challenging part of this progress is the logic of ingredient mixing behind the scene and how to select the best result while keeping a fresh view each time they enter the perfume lab.

Preparing promotion plan with discount conditions is the 2nd problem needs to be solved. After the official launch in Oct 2021, to gain market trust and also make an announcement of the new product to wider audience, it is important to have different promotion plans. The platform needs to be equipped with variant sale plans: Buy X Get Y, Buy X get discount on Y, Catalog discount or cart discount.
